Whether or not your online letters of recommendation have been submitted displays in your Activity page, as seen below:
Only the first recommender, highlighted here, has completed their recommendation and successfully submitted it to the school.
You can log into your Activity page at the following link:
A recommendation that has been submitted will be marked “Completed!” and this status updates in real time. Even if your recommender has finished filling out the form, unless you see a status of "Completed!" the recommendation has not yet been successfully submitted to the school. You'll need to have your recommender log back in and try submitting once more.
If they need any assistance with this, they can reach us by clicking the Submit a Request button on the top right and we'll be happy to help.
Do note that our system can only show the status of the online recommendation form. If your recommender submitted their letter directly to the school via mail, email, or an alternate recommendation system, that submission will not be reflected in your Activity page. In that case, we would advise reaching out to Admissions directly to confirm whether your recommendation was received.
