Schools don't always post decision letters through ApplyWeb. The institution you are applying to may have other means of alerting applicants of their admission decision. However, if you've been notified that the school has posted a decision letter to your ApplyWeb account, you can view it by logging into your Activity Page.
If no decision letter is present, first check the message from the school to see if there is a specific date or time the letter is supposed to be available. If a specific time is given, double check time zone differences you may need to account for. If the time has passed and you still cannot see your decision letter, use the Submit a Request button on the top right to contact our support team to have them take a look. They can confirm whether or not a letter has been posted to your account. If the decision has not been posted to your account, you'll want to contact that institution's Admissions office to let them know.
