The status of your CertiFile order is displayed within your CertiFile menu. Prior to submitting your application, your CertiFile menu can be accessed on the same page of the application that you originally submitted your order, typically the education history page. Simply click the button for reviewing your document request order.
After submitting your application your CertiFile menu is accessible through your account activity page:

Scroll down to the application you placed your CertiFile order for, and click the "Review order status or initiate new order" link. For any in progress orders, this link will take you to the status page for the order, which displays whether Educational Perspectives has received your documents. Once the order is completed, this page will show the documents that have been attached to your application.
