ApplyWeb has partnered with Educational Perspectives (EP) and Digitary Inc/My eQuals/MyCreds.ca|MesCertif.ca to ensure that your educational credentials are accepted as accurate and authentic by the institution(s) to which you are applying.

CertiFile allows you to order educational credential certifications and evaluations from within this application, to be attached to your application and delivered directly to the school. You can use your CertiFile credential certification or evaluation unlimited times for a single one-time fee, including attaching your CertiFile certification or evaluation to multiple ApplyWeb applications.

In addition, you retain access to your CertiFile certification or evaluation via Digitary CORE for use in other situations such as job applications requiring degree verification.

CertiFile Services

If you’re still in school at the time of your order, you can update your order after you graduate with your degree information for $65 (international) or $25 (domestic).

First-time CertiFile users

1. Answer the CertiFile questions so you can submit an order to EP.
2. Submit your payment.
3. Send your academic credentials to EP as instructed.
4. When EP processes your order, your verified credentials will be automatically attached to your application. You will be notified by email when this is done.
5. You’ll also receive an email notifying you that your credentials are now available in Digitary CORE, and to register for a Digitary CORE account to view them.

Returning CertiFile users

If you previously completed a CertiFile order with EP:

Your previous order will be in your Digitary CORE account. To attach these existing credentials:

1. Enter CertiFile, then choose to Attach Documents.
2. You'll be asked to confirm some information.
3. When prompted to log in to a partner site, select Digitary CORE, and log in. Then share your digital academic credentials with your ApplyWeb application as needed.
4. You'll be returned to CertiFile to confirm your selections. You can confirm, edit, or return to Digitary CORE or another partner to attach more credentials.

Note that there is no fee to attach existing credentials.

If you were still studying when your order was placed to EP:

1. Navigate to your ApplyWeb status page and click on “review order status or initiate new order,” then “update your documents” to submit an update order to EP.
2. Submit your update payment.
3. Send your final academic credentials to EP as instructed.
4. When EP processes your update, you will receive an email notifying you that your final certified academic credentials are available in your Digitary CORE account.
5. Attach your final academic credentials to your application.

Returning Digitary CORE, My eQuals, or MyCreds.ca|MesCertif.ca users

Users who already have digital academic credentials with Digitary CORE, My eQuals, or MyCreds.ca|MesCertif.ca:

If you attended an institution that issues academic credentials directly through Digitary CORE, My eQuals, or MyCreds.ca|MesCertif.ca, you may be eligible to attach any existing credentials to your application, depending on your institution's requirements for credentials. To attach existing credentials:

1. Enter CertiFile, then choose to Attach Documents.
2. You'll be asked to confirm some information.
3. When prompted to log in to a partner site, choose which to log in with. Then share your digital academic credentials with your ApplyWeb application as needed.
4. You'll be returned to CertiFile to confirm your selections. You can confirm, edit, or return to a partner to attach more credentials.

Note that there is no fee to attach existing credentials.

First-time CSSD orders (Chinese schools only)

Users ordering through CSSD:

1. Answer the CertiFile questions so you can submit an order to CSSD.
2. Select which academic credentials to attach to your application.
3. Submit your payment.
4. Follow these instructions to confirm the order with CSSD.
5. Please note that there may be additional CSSD service fees.
6. CSSD processes your order.
7. You receive an email notifying you that your credentials have been attached to your application.

Any associated fees are non-refundable (See Terms of Service). For detailed requirements on submitting official academic credentials such as transcripts and degree certificates, check with the institution you are applying to.
