It's not always possible to add a file to your application once it has been submitted, but some schools have set up their forms to allow additional materials to be submitted online. If this is the case for your school, Admissions will have posted a Checklist for your application with a section to send them additional or missing materials. To see if this is an option for you, log into your ApplyWeb activity page at the following URL:
If a checklist is available, you should see a View Checklist button within the drop down information for your application.
If no Checklist is available on that page, or if the Checklist posted does not have a section to upload the necessary files, we suggest that you speak with the school's admissions office to see how they wish to receive these additional materials from you. Their contact information can be found on the school's website.
