Seeing the "Might Have an Error?" message

Follow

If you've logged into your account and are seeing the following page, it's because you've used a link that takes you directly into the application form, rather than the basic log in link for your profile. To prevent applicants from accidentally starting additional forms, there is a message at the top of the screen which lets you know that you have already submitted an application to that school. In the example below, the school was Northern Illinois University, but the message you see will be specific to your school.

The "Might Have an Error?" option is not indicating that there is any problem with your submitted form, it is simply letting you know that if you think you reached that page (or were presented with that submission message) in error, you can let us know by contacting our support team.

The "Applying Again?" option is for if you want to start a new application to that school. Click the hyperlinked "...click here to fill out the form" text to open a new form.

The "Need to Check Status?" option lets you know you can ignore the text above and scroll down the page to view your submitted forms, if you only meant to log in to check on your application.
