Wrong Program Displaying For Recommendation Form

Follow

If you're certain you are looking at the correct recommendation request for the applicant but are seeing a different program than they are applying to, then the applicant made a new program selection in their application after originally sending out their request.

The program data is set in the recommendation form when the request is originally sent out, and cannot be updated after the fact. Regardless of what the recommendation form lists as the applicant's program of choice, it will be attached to the proper application submission. If there is a discrepancy in the program data, the school will default to the program currently listed in the application form and make the correction on their end. You can submit this recommendation and be assured that it will be linked to the proper application form.

The majority of schools we host recommendations for use the same recommendation form for all of their programs, but if you or the applicant have any concerns over the incorrect recommendation form being submitted due to the change in program, you are welcome to contact our support team to have them check if the school uses more than one recommendation form.
