If you've accessed your application form only to find that all the fields you previously filled out are now blank, you may have opened an entirely new application. This happens sometimes when applicants accidentally create more than one account within our system. Check the email address you logged in with and make sure that it matches the one you originally used to create your account. Unless you personally changed the email address associated with your account since creating it, the email should be the same.
Once you log in with the correct email address, you should be able to return to your in progress application. If you do not find this to be the case, please submit a help request or contact us at email@example.com for further assistance.
